An experienced peer can relate to your struggles and help you overcome them.

A girl with reddish-brown hair and light skin is looking into a mirror, resting her head on her hand. She appears contemplative and is captured in a close-up portrait. The mirror is decorated with various items including photos, plush dice, and jewelry, giving the scene a personal and cozy atmosphere.

I understand how the COVID-19 pandemic, rising costs of living, unstable job market, and divisive politics can hinder a Gen Z young adult.

I’ve lived it. Technology is often an escape from the seemingly cruel, corrupt, and highly competitive world.

As a Gen Z person, I used to log 12 or more hours of screen time a day in digital escapism. I didn’t want to participate in modern society, and the pressures of adult life just seemed overwhelming.

I can help with:

Many young adults feel overwhelmed by the demands of modern life. As a Gen Z young adult mentor, I can help your child with essential communication, self-discipline, and time management skills.
